Senpao developed his naturalism out of general artistic perception. His creation, if viewed from formal perception, gives kaleidoscopic impression. Iconic elements such as parts of human body as well as religious objects are divided in small units of colors either in harmony or in contrast with each others. The parts were then integrated in a whole structure that has its own tones. The tones are sometimes realistic/ descriptive, and yet sometimes what is dominant in Senpao’s work is its sense of supernatural in a tone that is dynamic resulted from the encounter of empty space and crowd, silence and content as well as reality and dream.
